We believe in our customer satisfaction, and always try to provide the best quality products to our customers at greatest competitive price and in that process, if sometimes you didn’t like any product fit, colour, style or material so no need to worry. There is easy return exchange and cancellation process on Gazekart.com, If you have received any wrong or damage product and you want to exchange any product please contact us on care@gazekart.com or our customer care executives on +91 9318302431 within the working days (Mon-Sat) 9:30AM-6:30PM. Before returning, exchanging or cancelling any products please consider the following given points. The purpose of representing Refund and Cancellation policy represent transparency while maintaining customer satisfaction. Read the policy carefully for an understanding of how we work to serve our customers-

    • In accordance with the return policy, all the products delivered to the users can be returned to the seller as per its policy. However, a damaged or changed product delivered through our company will not be subject to return from the seller. Also, change in quality and quantity and other characteristics of the product may not be accepted for a return.
    • Return/Exchange should only be initiated within a given period after handling of the products in the original packing.
    • Our company is not liable for products returned by mistake from the end of the seller. We are not responsible for any replacement or misplacement for any delivery made for the product. The product will be replaced under the policies of the seller itself.
    • Same modes will be used for payments completed by using the debit card, net baking, wallet, credit card etc. in INR only
    • The company reserves the right to cancel any orders under certain criteria at some stages of product delivery. Bulk quantity, multiple orders, invalid address, malpractice, and other causes may involve the reason for the cancellation of the product from our website.
    • If our company finds any suspicious activity from the end of the user, it reserves an absolute right to cancel all the orders placed by the user.
    • In case of suspicious transactions, the company reserves the right to inform law enforcement officials and take action of investigation for illegal activity.
    • After the cancellation of the product, the full amount will be refunded to the selected card of the user. Any kind of inaccuracy found in the information provided by the customer shall give our company to cancel delivery of the product without any liability.

 

1. POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE RETURN PROCESS:

    • Return requested will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of product delivery. Request after 7 days will not be accepted.
    • The products will be returned only if the product is unused and should be repacked in the original packing.
    • Customers can return products purchased from Gazekart within the specified return/exchange period.
      1a. Create a 'Return Request' on. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode.
      1b. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations as per our courier serviceability
      1c. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product to us and we will refund the courier charges to your bank account after receiving the courier bill and verifying all the subjects.
    • We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on our website
    • Cash on delivery charges are non-refundable
    • Since we pay high prices to our courier partners for each packet so the refund would be made upon deduction of Courier charges (Rs 100) and nominal service charge and it will be deducted from your order amount.
    • Courier and service charges will not be applicable in case a customer does the self shipment (Refer 1c)
    • Charges will only be applicable in case a customer wishes to get a full refund.
    • Refund payment of the product will be generated within 7 working days after the receiving and verification of the product.
    • The customer has to share his/her Complete Bank account details including Bank name, account number and name, IFSC code on care@gazekart.com for refund process
    • The refund will be processed to your Bank account only and will not be processed in Cash
